Information Technology in Education

Using information technology in education is the use of computer hardware, software and educational theory and practice for educational purposes. It is often abbreviated as edtech.

Using accessible web pages for information technology in education allows students with disabilities to communicate, collaborate and share their work with others. This is possible through the use of handheld mobile devices such as smartphones, laptops, and tablet PCs. They can be used to perform tasks, such as downloading course material, sending and receiving emails, or uploading video to a YouTube or forum.
